Window is cropped when maximized on display with DPI higher than 100%.
Available in the 2016 Q1 SP1 Release.

I have the same issue here. And the workaround is not a solution too, as the users use high res screen laptop (13 inches) and want the writing bigger.

The suggested workaround is not a solution on a high res screen when a DPI of bigger than 100% is required.

I also experience this problem.
Changing the display settings on my PC to NOT apply any zoom (use default of 100%) and a restart fixed it for me.
