ImageEditor: Introduce API allowing to change the default settings of DrawTextTool, ShapeTool
The user should create a custom tool if they need to change the default settings of the DrawTextTool. It would be nice to provide an easier way for achieving this.

I would love to see this feature.

At present we're putting off changing the defaults for the tools as we don't want to have to implement custom tools for each one.

This API change would also allow us to easily persist users last used tool settings so they can be re-used whenever they re-visit the tool.
