ScheduleView: Improve the ScheduleViewDragDropBehavior in order to call ConvertDraggedData only once on mouse enter.
With the current implementation fires constantly while dragging over the ScheduleView.

Available in the R1 2017 SP1 Release.

I have notified this behavior, too and do not see any reason why to convert (and therefore always create new objects) every 1 to 10 MS !!! Would classify this behavior as bug as it produces many, many objects nobody is in need of and it creates a very unsmooth drag interaction.
