PdfViewer: Make print jobs run on background thread
The default WPF PrintDialog cannot print asynchronously when it is shown in UI. However, you may see the demo in this forum post showing how to create custom PrintDialog and perform async printing with it:

It would be great that when the async Print functionality of the pdfViewer is done, that a progress bar can be displayed too, which would be a cool added feature to this.
