Spreadsheet: UI for expanding/resizing RadSpreadsheetFormulaBar
In MS Excel, there is splitter that can be used to manually resize the formula bar. Also there is an arrow button which expands/collapses the formula bar to the last manually resized size.

This was originally logged as "Implement expanding of RadSpreadsheetFormulaBar when the user enters a long formula", but we believe that automatic resizing of the formula bar based on the length of the content won't be user-friendly.
