Incorrect format of the value of a cell when Percentage format is set for the cell
When a cell's format is set to "Percentage" and then a number is entered, the number's format is incorrect. For example, if "10" is entered in such a cell, the value is visualized as "1000.00%", instead of "10.00%".

Hi,

The issue is fixed and will be live with our next LIB release.
It will be included in our next official release as well.
