Telerik.Windows.Controls.Chart.dll is with wrong version when the RadCartesianChart is dragged from the Visual Studio 2013 ToolBox and the project target framework is .Net 4.0

When create a .Net 4.0 WPF project in Visual Studio 2013 and drag the RadCartesianChart from the ToolBox, the version of the Chart.dll is 4.5 



Reason for closing the item: 

The version of Telerik binaries available in the ToolBox could be changed easily trough the Toolbox configurator in Visual Studio. To do this you can follow the steps below: 

- Open Telerik menu in Visual Studio 

- Choose “UI for WPF” and then click “Launch Toolbox Configurator”

- From the DropDown menu could be changed the .Net framework version of Telerik binaries displayed in the Toolbox
