As to your account information, you downloaded a Trial version back in February and it already expired. In order to have an access to this fix, you should download the latest trial version. It is the official Q2 2015.

How can I download the latest internal build? On this page http://www.telerik.com/account/your-products/internal-builds.aspx I can't see the latest build, latest displayed in this list is "Telerik_UI_for_WPF_2014_3_1409_TRIAL_hotfix"

The issue was resolved 20.04.2015 and the fix has been available in every internal build since then.
