MaskedInput: Add support for Chinese input symbols.
Currently the MaskedInput controls cannot handle properly Chinese input symbols from Google Pinyin or MS IME.

MaskedInput's code relies on methods from TextBox which do not fire when the input is not from keyboard.

This feature is not in our plans for R3 2018. However, in R2-R3 2008 period, we will work on issues with IME and will have a better estimation and overview of it for the future.

I want to ask if there is plan to allow Telerik control to support Chinese character input. This issue has been raised since 2 years back and would like to know if Telerik control going to enable this feature? If not, then it's time to switch to other UI controls.

It's frustrating that Chinese IME is not supported. We have to find other solution because we have Chinese customers.

I hope this feature request gets high priority!
