PdfViewer: Add support for Encryption Algorithm 4
Import documents that use this type of encryption. Currently, a handled NotSupportedEncryptionException is thrown while importing such a document and it cannot be opened in RadPdfViewer.

Available in R1 2018 Official Release version.

Hi guys,

Yes, there is a dependency between Sitefinity indexing PDF document with the mentioned encryption and the current item we're discussing. What this means, from a timeline perspective, is that once we get this item fixed in an official release of the UI for WPF and Silverlight, we will proceed with its integration in Sitefinity. 
As it involves planning, and regression testing after the upgrade of the current UI for WPF and Silverlight version used in Sitefinity, it will most likely need to be released with a major product release, and not in a weekly internal build. Does this mean Sitefinity will be able to index these documents?

NB: It affects Sitefinity Indexing, where the document just doesn't get indexed at all.
