Radial Menu Button
A button that once clicked shows a circular menu with additional choices the user can select.

Indeed, with Q3 2014 release we introduced the beta version of RadRadialMenu control. You can check our WPF Demos at the following link: 
http://demos.telerik.com/wpf/  to see it in action.

never mind. minutes after posting this feature request I discovered that it's available as a beta inside Q3 2014
