ColumnGroups Virtualization
А new virtualization mechanism for ColumnGroups will be introduced with Q2 2015. A property EnableColumnGroupsVirtualization is exposed with default value True for enabled virtualization. Setting it to False will enable the old logic.

This feature request is in our TODO list for the next Q2 release.

We have significant issue with our client because of this. we have a RadGridView with 500+ visible columns. switching the visibility of the columns would take more than a minute to render.
