RichTextBox: Provide a way for users to track deletion of text inserted by another users when Track Changes is enabled
Add support for nested track changes revisions. Currently, when a user tries to delete text added by another user, RadRichTextBox simply removes it and does not mark it as a change.

We use track changes for auditing and having users being able to delete other users changes without any track changes records is a pretty serious issue for us.  Hoping this gets added to the fix list soon.

This feature will make the Telerik rich text control much more useful. Missing the feature is a deal breaker for my projects.

Track changes should ideally track text inserted by other users also.
