SpreadProcessing: Support headers and footers in RadSpreadProcessing
Specifically would like to add page numbering and count to them.

The feature will be available in our official release Q2 2016.

This is a VERY(!) important feature that is missing from SpreadProcessing to keep up with an Excel-like user experience!
