When Saving/Loading Layout and using the VS2013 theme, some PaneHeaders are disappearing in the DocumentHost.
This only happens whenever the Panes are docked one above another in the DocumentHost.

It is important that a bugfix is issued ASAP for this problem because it effectively means that the VS2013 layout is unusable with persisted layouts.
