RichTextBox: Stop caret blinking during typing and navigation with the arrow keys
Currently, caret continues to blink even when typing or navigation is in progress (e.g. arrow key is pressed and held), which is inconvenient for the end users. Instead, the caret should stop blinking during these operations, similarly to industry standard apps like MS Word and OpenOffice.

This is an issue core to the experience of using RadRichTextBox. If users stop complaining about it, it's because they stopped using it altogether.

We've also received this complaint from our users. It is very difficult to position the cursor with the arrow keys when it is not visible half the time.

Also for our users, our goal is to allow a smooth behavior for a typing speed of 120 words per minute... so this is "a must" for us.

I think this behavior is so important for us because our users are professional journalists and they work with large amounts of text every day. And our system is their main instrument to do this. RadRichTextBox is used as main text editor.
