Wrong tooltip behavior of scroll up/down buttons
When you place items in the gallery there are scenarios where the tooltip of the scroll up/down buttons is not correct.

Available in LIB version: 2014.3.1402

I've attached a little test project that shows the problem when you hover over the up/down buttons.
