GridView: Grouped grid with a column with * width or ColumnWidth="*" blocks the UI when GroupRenderMode is set to Nested
Application hangs on start up if GroupRenderMode is set to Nested, there is a column with Width Star and a group descriptor applied.

As a workaround for this problem please set RadGridView.GroupRenderMode to Flat.
