Allow persisting of values in cross-version applications
Extend the PersistenceFramework to load the persisted settings of an earlier version of an application.

We added TypeRestored event to the Persistence Manager - you can handle it, check the AssemblyQualifiedName from the event args and set the desired Type.

This is a must. Otherwise the persistence framework is useless.
