Chart: 3D Surface Series Type
RadChart should support 3D Surface Series Type.

This feature is now available as part of the ChartView control since R3 2016 Official release. Refer to the link below for more information.

I suppose it is also for Silverlight? Because I need for Silverlight and not for WPF!

Would be really helpful to have a proper 3D charting library. What is called '3D' chart in the WPF documentation is just a 3D rendering of 2D charts and useless in real life applications.
