Chart: Axis item click event
Add click event for axis items.

REASON FOR DECLINATION
This is supported out-of-the-box by the new RadChartView (axes have a LabelTemplate property, use it to customize appearance and handle click).

It would be a very good feature to provide functionalities like pinning, spliting series, etc. 
You can also provide make it user customizable to add additional elements & functionalities. 
This support can be extened to Legends also.
