Chart: Pie chart smart labels - provide the ability to align labels to the left or right at a specified margin from the pie chart.
Provide the ability to align all labels to the left or right at a specified margin from the pie chart.

REASON FOR DECLINATION
This is supported out-of-the-box by the new RadChartView.

I believe this is an important enhancement to compete against the different charts I have seen in Flash.
