Slider: Multiple thumbs support
Add multiple thumbs (more than 2). This would enable multiple ranges.

Allows the develper to configure the slider to have multiple tab/thumbs stops which can be added, removed or moved by the end user or is there another Telerik control that can be used to let the end user select muliple points along a range.
