Chart: AxisLabel2D retemplating
The user needs to replace the TextBlock with a CheckBox.

REASON FOR DECLINATION
This is supported out-of-the-box by the new RadChartView (axes have a LabelTemplate property).

This would be very useful, would like to change labels to links so can 'drill into' values in charts. 
Also would like to control position/format of text by the value its bound to.

This is not simply a matter of replacing a TextBlock with a CheckBox. It's more a matter of making the charts more extensible. 
Why can't I modify the Template completely?
