Chart: Rotated axis labels top edge should be aligned with the center of the corresponding data point (e.g. bar).
Currently the axis labels are rotated around their center. The rotated labels top edge should be aligned with the center of the corresponding data point (e.g. bar).

REASON FOR DECLINATION
This is supported out-of-the-box by the new RadChartView.

I will add my voice asking if any progress or workaround has been made on this 'feature request'.

This is becoming a priority as we are attempting to release a product which is affected by this bug. Has any progress been made or is a workaround available?

Need the AxisX.LabelRotationAngle alignment for the asp.net ajax radchart.

Ideally, when AxisX.LabelRotationAngle is set, the top edge of the labels would be aligned with the center of the corresponding data point (e.g. bar). Without this alignment the rotation really isn't useful because it's very difficult to read the chart.
