TileView: Allow user-resizable tile view items
Allow users to resize the tiles. Possibly by dragging a left-mouse cursor on the edges of the tiles. This will give flexiblity beyond the 3 fixed size of minimized, maximized, and restored.

The TileView is a great component to use as a dashboard! However users want to customize the layout of the tiles more than the standard small, normal and large. 2011 Q2 allows the designer to set custom sizes in the "normal" view which is great, but still

Combined with Issue ID 327 - TileView: allow restored items to have a fixed size and be wrapped in a scrollviewer would make this control really powerful and extreme useful for a lot of usecases...
