OutlookBar: Manually set an OutlookBarItem position
Allow the user to manually set the position of the OutlookBarItem : ActiveArea, MinimizedArea or OverflowArea

Hello,

Users can use the ActiveItemsCount to control how many items are placed in the active area on startup. Which items are placed in the active area is determined by the order of the items in the ItemsSource of RadOutlookBar. As a result, the first ActiveItemsCount number of items is placed in the active area. After the application starts the user can change the number of active items by dragging the vertical bar/splitter.
