ZipLibrary: Incorect encoding for filenames
When used to zip files which names contains special characters(such as swedish special characters) the filename is displayed with wrong encoding after unzipping the file.

The fix is available in our latest LIB release (v. 2015.1.0323).

The same issue is the other way around. If you have a zip file that contains files with umlauts or other special chars in the file name, the internal list with the ZipPackageEntries contain wrong chars. In my case instead of 
PGA_Fällanden_A_I_2_x.xml
