TOC field is updated with incorrect layout when some of its entries are positioned in a table cell or paragraph indents are set

The tab stop defining respective page number alignment correlates to the cell's width where the table of contents entry is positioned.

The issue is fixed and will be live with our Q1 2015 SP release.
