StreamFromUriResolving event is not raised on the main document when an InsertPictureField is included in header/footer
RadDocument.StreamFromUriResolving is not raised for the main document when InsertPictureField is included in header or footer.

Dear Colleagues

This is very urgent for us, because our customer needs to place a logo in the header as a variable.
