When ScrollIntoView appointment that is not in the visible range the TimeLineView is corrupted

In TimeLineView when try to ScrollIntoView appointment that is not in the VisibleRange the view is scrolled and a white Gap shows in the TimelineView.

Available in LIB version 2016.1.208, it will be also available in the 2016 Q1 SP1 Release.
