When changing the DayStartTime of TimelineView in runtime the view is moved to the second day in the VisibleRange.

In TimelineView if the current visible day is the first day in the VisibleRange and the DayStartTime is changed at runtime the current visible day is moved incorrectly to the next day.

Available in LIB version 2016.1.201, it will be also available in the 2016 SP1 Release.
