ActivePaneChanged event is trigered twice when closing Pane with index bigger than 1
If there are more than 2 Panes in an PaneGroup closing one of the Panes with index bigger than 1 calls ActivePaneChanged  event twice.

Please make this issue a priority as it is a massive issue for anyone using the Docking control.
