PivotGrid: Implement DrillDown functionality for LocalDataSourceProvider

Implement functionality to show a break down of items that aggreagate to current cell.

Available in the 2017 R1 Release (2017.1.117).

Feature of drill down also should be provided in Pivot Grid for winforms.

It's really annoying when a key feature appears missing from a control which will be heart of the application.
