When dragging and dropping elements using the RadDragAndDropManager in a RadWindow the buttons of the window become unresponsive

After resizing the Window the buttons start working, but if dragged n dropped again, they stop.

RadWindow cannot be closed/minimized/Maximized after a drag drop. Is there any possible workaround?
