RibbonWindow: When maximized (or when dragged from maximized), RadRibbonWindow ,might not render it's chrome
When maximized (or when dragged from maximized), RadRibbonWindow ,might not render it's chrome.
Reproducable on Windows 7, 64bit machine.

Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce the problem. In case anyone runs into this problem using our latest release, please open a new support ticket with detailed information, describing the scenario.

I managed to reproduce it on my machine as well.
RDP to my machine: Black white chrome

After the RDP was over, I went back to my computer, the chrome looked OK (The application was still running), and when I maximized it, it became black.
