Chart: Chart is not updated when the IsLogarithmic property of the AxisY changes at run-time
Chart: Chart is not updated when the IsLogarithmic property of the AxisY changes at run-time. The issue is simply reproduced when the IsLogarithmic changes at run-time and the chart is resized.

REASON FOR DECLINATION
This is supported out-of-the-box by the new RadChartView.

We are facing similar issue. We have a RadChart where in, if we set the IsLogarithmic value to "true", the YAxix starts from one rather than 0. We have several records which are "0" and "1". The zeros are not displayed at all and the "1" are indicated with
