RichTextBox: Add option for custom tooltips for hyperlinks
Currently, the only customization that can be performed is using HyperlinkToolTipFormatString property of RadRichTextBox, which sets the format for all hyperlinks in the document of the control. It would be nice if it were possible to be able to set different tooltips.

Thank you for your feedback. 

I have checked our source code, but currently, there is no way to set the tooltip text. We will consider this feature when we plan the next release.

Hello, we would really benefit from a hook/event providing custom tooltip for different protocols or for individual links. Or maybe allow us to add tooltip directly to the link definition.

Any news? Different tooltips would save our users some confusion with unrelated information. Right now tooltip has to be very general accommodating different links (navigation, file download, image preview, etc.).
