ScheduleView: Enable grouping by Category and TimeMarker.
Create Category and TimeMarker group descriptions that allow grouping by Category and TimeMarker.

Added SDK demo named "GroupingByTimeMarkers" that demonstrates how to group the Appointments by their TimeMarker.
