When removing items from the control and a FluidMoveBehavior is in use a non critical ArgumentException is thrown
The exception is caused when running the project in debug mode.

The XAML team has recently reviewed this issue and will not be addressing it as at this time the team is focusing on the bugs impacting the highest number of developers. The large number of exceptions also makes adding and removing items very slow.
