RichTextBox: Add API for adding embedded file streams (file attachments) to the resultant document when exporting to PDF
Add API for adding embedded file streams (a.k.a. file attachments) to the PDF file produced during the export to PDF.

Without the support of multimedia with rich text box and PDF processing, It is totally incomplete as all our customers are demanding this feature.

Not just for RadRichTextBox also for RadDiagram and RadSpreadSheet. PdfFormatProvider should provide this feature in general, so every component can use this feature!
