As a future request, it would be great to have PDF viewer with Annotations features.

Thank you for your valuable feature request!

The PDF viewer is currently available only in the Kendo UI bundle. While we are considering when exactly to add it to the AJAX bundle, it would be better to log it in  Kendo UI feedback portal:

https://feedback.telerik.com/kendo-jquery-ui/
