Map: Add the CanvasDark, CanvasLight, CanvasGray, RoadOnDemand and AerialOnDemand modes in the BingRestMapProvider
Add the CanvasDark, CanvasLight, CanvasGray, RoadOnDemand and AerialOnDemand modes in the BingRestMapProvider.

Currently it supports only Aerial, Road and BirdsEye and their variants with labels.

Ordnance Survey will not be added among with these modes.

TrafficFlow is parameter for static map images but not for imagery metadata which we use to display our BING tiles. Traffic is not available in our RadMap due to cause it does not conform with the Bing Maps Developer API terms of use.

Is it possible to include the TrafficFlow option as well? See the mapLayer parameter here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff701724.aspx
