Based on the provided description I understand that the main requirement is to select a value by pressing the comma, however is there more to that functionality? In there is more the scenario, If possible can you please send me an example of a third-party library that showcases this functionality for a MultiSelect?

With the current implementation of the MultiSelect, selection is intended to occur when pressing the Enter key and doing so with the comma is not supported out of the box. I tried various custom implementations to handle the onkeydown event and select the value, however I was not able to achieve the desired result. I can recommend submitting a feature request in our feedback portal where new ideas are constantly being evaluated:
