Native Scheduler - Add option to customize the resizing "ghost" element

It will be beneficial if we have an option to customize the element that appears in the Scheduler when we resize it. Here is a screenshot for more details:

Adding custom resizeHint is added in version 3.3.2 of Kendo UI for Vue - https://stackblitz.com/edit/ccfq5k?file=src%2Fmain.vue,src%2Fevents-utc.js.
