TabStrip Tabs are redrawn completly when changing tab

When you select a tab, the tab headers are completly redrawn. This makes it impossible to add CSS transitions and animations to the tabs. I would like to add an transition to `.k-state-active`, so on selection there is a nice transtion.

Instead of redrawing, only the necessary changes should be applied to the items, i.e. changing CSS classes.

Hi,

With the 3.2.1 version of Kendo UI for Vue we provided some improvements in the way the TabStrip behaves that could potentially fix this issue but we don't have an isolated example. Would you please let us know if the issue is fixed or share some stackblitz or runnable sample where we can replicate the exact issue and try to research it again?
