Add the ability to implement model binding to the raw value of the MaskedTextBox
Currently, the binding respects the masked value
There could just be an option you can specify on kendoMaskedTextbox that tells it whether to bind against the raw value or not

Native MaskTextBox have the ability to bind to both the value and the rawvalue - https://stackblitz.com/edit/mnbg5w?file=src/main.vue.
