When a feature request has been submitted to our portal we monitor it for the received votes. Once it has become popular in the community we then plan its implementation based on our internal planning. Currently, the request is Unplanned and we cannot commit to a certain ETA at the moment, however, I can recommend following it as once there is a change in the status you will be notified about it.

As requested I have converted this thread to an official feature request and I have also added your vote in order to increase the popularity.

As for implementing it with the current state of the Scheduler, you can render  a custom component (for example a button) in the Scheduler by using its header prop. Then you can render multiple calendars and set their focusedDate to the respective months for the year, however adding the events to the dates as it is in the Kendo UI for JQuery is currently not feasible:

Currently, the KendoReact Scheduler does not support a Year view, like the one present in Kendo UI for JQuery, apologies for any inconvenience that this might have caused you. Since this functionality will bring value to our product, I can recommend submitting a feature request in our feedback portal where new ideas are constantly being evaluated and the most popular ones are implemented in future releases:
