Thank you for the report.

I have tested the Grid's column resizing functionality in Edge with scrollbars, but I was not able to observe the issue in question. Here is the example that I have tested:

With the above in mind, please share a stackblitz example replicating the issue, so we can test and debug it locally and determine if it is a problem with the implementation or with the Grid itself.
