We'd liked to have a wrapped loader similar to other third party loaders.

The code should be something like this:

<Loader show={props.isLoading} message={'loading'}>
  <SomeComponent />
</Loader>

Other solutions are also acceptable.  The requirement is that the loader is positioned above the main component without having it rerender or reposition.
